Homeowner rewards
Refer a new homeowner who books and completes a stump-grinding job. Once that job is paid in full and the payment has processed and cleared, the referring homeowner can receive a gift card worth up to 10% of the collected stump-service subtotal, capped at $150 per qualifying referral.

When a referral qualifies
Booked is not the finish line.
The reward becomes eligible only after the entire job and payment cycle is complete.

The new customer names the referring person or business when the estimate is first submitted.
- 02Approve the firm price
The customer accepts the price after stump size, access, utilities, and site conditions are reviewed.
- 03Complete the work
Music City Stump Hound, LLC completes the referred stump-grinding job.
- 04Clear the payment
Full customer payment is received, processed, and cleared without a refund or chargeback.
- 05Issue the reward
Eligibility is confirmed and the agreed referral fee or gift card is sent.
Program basics
Clear terms protect the handoff.
New customers only. No self-referrals, duplicate claims, or retroactive referrals. The referrer must be identified when the estimate is first submitted.
Collected service revenue. Rewards are based on the collected stump-service subtotal and exclude taxes, mileage, disposal or other pass-through charges, discounts, refunds, and chargebacks.
Professional terms in writing. Exact percentage, reward type, payment method, and post-five-job terms must be confirmed in writing and remain subject to company, brokerage, employer, and applicable legal requirements.
Discuss it with the job. Final details can be reviewed during the estimate or stump-removal job process. Written confirmation controls if any program detail changes.
